What currency are the prices in?
Final currency is billed in USD.
Can I change my shipping address?
We cannot change your shipping address after your item is ordered as processing begins immediately.
How long will it take to be shipped to me?
Great news! Your orders will now start shipping as soon as the sale opens and will continue shipping up until 2 weeks after the sale ends. We've stocked up on some initial inventory to ensure your orders are received faster in advance of the holidays. Orders will be dispatched in priority order - the sooner your order is placed, the sooner your books will start shipping.
While we make every effort to ship all orders within 30 days, processing delays outside of our control may occur and unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantees on shipping dates.
Are there extra duties?
Orders shipped outside the Canada may be subject to duties and taxes beyond our control and are the responsibility of the customer.
My package has not updated and has left the warehouse, is it lost?
Once your order has been collected by Canada Post please contact the courier directly for updates on your package at https://canadapost.ca If your shipping address is outside of the Canada, your package will transfer into your countries local post. Your original Canada Post tracking can be used to track your package on your countries local post.
Can I cancel my order?
We can cancel and refund an order up until the pre-sale closing date. Once the pre-sale closes all items are final sale. Please fill out the form below if you would like to cancel your order and our customer service team will let you know what the next steps are.
Can I make an exchange or return my order?
YES! We want to make sure you are 100% happy with your purchase of any colouring book. If you are not totally satisfied, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for a refund within 5 days of receiving your package. Simply mail the non filled in colouring book back to us for a refund on your order.
Return claims cannot be made outside of our 5 day window from delivery.
What happens if I received a defective item?
Although rare, if you receive a defective item please email us at email@example.com to reach our customer team. They will let you know the next steps for a replacement.
